Refunds and cancellations
HeapFile memberships are managed through the account portal and PayPal. HeapFile is a product of VTEK Innovations LLC. Cancel in the account portal to stop future recurring charges and end paid feature access.
Refund review
Refunds are reviewed through support. Email admin@heapfile.com or use the HeapFile support page with your account email, PayPal transaction reference if available, and the reason for review. Do not email passwords, tokens, API keys, or private customer data.
Failed payments and disputes
Failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed payments may place paid access on hold while the payment state is reconciled. Local Free features remain available on the device.
Local data
Cancellation does not delete local files from your device. Cloud data retention, export, and deletion requests are handled separately through support.
