This public support page is available for HeapFile customers, app reviewers, and account administrators who need help with product access, billing, downloads, or app distribution questions.

Please include the email address on your HeapFile account, the platform you are using, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, private source code, or regulated customer data by email.

Product feedback

Share workflow observations or sanitized crash reports through the HeapFile feedback page. Include the app version, platform, steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result. Remove credentials, personal details, private project content, and sensitive file paths.

Billing and subscriptions

For plan, payment, cancellation, refund, or failed-payment questions, start with the refund and cancellation policy and then email support if you need account-specific help.

Data requests

For export, deletion, or retention questions, review the retention, export, and deletion policy. Mobile app account deletion requests can start at heapfile.com/account/delete. Contact support from the email address associated with your HeapFile account.
