Where does your workflow lose the most context: a fresh session, switching tools, or handing work to someone else?

Crash Or Install Problem

To help investigate, include:

• HeapFile version and operating system.
• What you were doing just before the problem.
• Steps that reproduce it, if known.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• Whether the app failed to install, failed to open, or crashed during use.

Remove personal information, passwords, API keys, access tokens, private project material, and sensitive local paths from screenshots or error messages. A short description is enough to start; full logs are optional and should be sanitized first.
