Retention, export, and deletion
HeapFile, a product of VTEK Innovations LLC, is local-first for the desktop client. Local files and local memory remain on the user's device unless a cloud feature is explicitly configured.
Cloud features
Premium cloud features may sync selected account, membership, connector, usage, or workflow state. Each cloud feature should explain what it stores before use.
Export and deletion
For export or deletion help, email admin@heapfile.com from the account email or use the HeapFile support page. Some billing and security records may be retained as required for payment, fraud, accounting, or legal obligations.
Do not email secrets
Never email passwords, tokens, API keys, private source code, or regulated customer data. Support will ask for safer diagnostic details when needed.
