Website and subscription terms

Effective September 20, 2026

These terms apply to the HeapFile website and any early-access subscription purchased through it. Product access may also require acceptance of additional product terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through PayPal at the price and interval shown during checkout. Taxes may apply. You authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel a PayPal subscription through your PayPal automatic-payment settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Early access

Features, integrations, availability, and pricing may change as HeapFile develops. We will communicate material changes that affect a paid subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not use HeapFile to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security controls, distribute malware, or access information without authorization.

Disclaimers

The website and any early-access service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, HeapFile disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
