Marketing Assist use case
Keep marketing moving when one channel is blocked.
Waiting for a video or social account should not mean starting your campaign planning over. Keep the customer problem, approved message, and next useful step available when you return to your AI assistant.
The blocked-channel problem
You have an offer to explain, a website to update, and posts to prepare. One channel is waiting for approval. When you return tomorrow, your assistant needs to know what is ready and what still needs attention.
HeapFile can help preserve those decisions and handoffs across AI sessions. You choose the work that can continue and review the result before publishing.
A campaign handoff you can try today
- Save the essentials: the customer question, approved facts, intended destination, and what is waiting for approval.
- Name the next step: for example, draft an FAQ answer using the approved facts while the video is being reviewed.
- Recall and check: ask your connected assistant to retrieve the campaign context. Correct missing or outdated details before continuing.
- Record what changed: save the finished page link and the remaining work so the next session starts with useful context.
Example: explain a service while a video waits
Imagine a bicycle repair shop preparing a spring tune-up campaign. Its video is awaiting review, but customers are already asking what a tune-up includes.
The shop saves its approved service description, the video status, and a next step: write a website FAQ using that description. In a later AI session, it retrieves the handoff, checks the details, and continues the FAQ. The video can remain under review without holding up the answer customers need.
This is an illustrative workflow, not a customer case study or a promise of marketing results.
Available today and in development
- Available today: HeapFile context saving and retrieval through a configured, supported AI connection. The public context guide includes a small save-and-recall exercise.
- Requires setup: product access and a working HeapFile connection in your AI assistant. An account alone does not establish that connection.
- In development: the reusable Marketing Assist add-in for managing campaign tasks and authorized publishing. It is not offered here as a released, installable marketing automation product.
Start with HeapFile access
Open your HeapFile account to sign in or create an account. The portal checks your membership before offering eligible downloads. Opening an account does not install HeapFile or unlock the Marketing Assist add-in.
After setting up a supported connection, use the context handoff guide to save and retrieve a small fictional campaign example before using your own business material.
You stay responsible for the campaign
Review recalled information for accuracy and freshness. Publishing still requires the appropriate channel access and permissions. Saving a handoff does not publish content, create a customer account, or establish that a campaign generated sales.
